Get a Bonded Title
To apply for an Auto Title Bond (Bonded Title) you must first call the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TXDMV) at 713-802-4300 for an appointment. Once your appoinment is scheduled, go to the TXDMV located at 2110 E. Governors Circle, Houston, TX 77092. If it is determined you have a defective title or no title you will be issued a rejection letter and related documents. You can bring the letter and documents to our office or you may fax or email the rejection letter and related documents so we can issue your Auto Title Bond.
More information maybe required on high value, foreign, imported or out of State vehicles and vehicles purchased on eBay or Craigs List.
Any lienholders under 10 years old shown on Vehicle Inquiry Records require a lien release from the lienholder in order to write your bond.
